- Original Documents
- Medical Fitness Certificate (Proforma link is available at the end of the page)
- Affidavit of Undertaking duly Notarized (Proforma link is available at the end of the page)
- Fee Slip will be issued at Provost’s Office for hostel allotment
- The hostel fee is deposited in JMI branch of Indian Bank at gate no 4 on the same date
- A copy of the fee slip is to be got stamped at Provost’s Office.
- Stamped Fee slip is to be handed over to the caretaker of concerned hostel or room allotment
- After Payment you need to pay Fee which is given below

Hostel is allotted as per semester. You will get hostel for maximum of 5 month in Jamia in First year and for subsequent year it is for 1 year.

Mess fee in Jamia Hostel is 2600 rupees per month but you need to pay minimum 5 month fee for that.
