1. Printout of the Hostel Application (Online Filled)
2. Colour Photograph (Duly pasted on Application form)
3. Admission Fee Slip ,JMI (Latest)
4. Mark sheet of Qualifying Exam
5. Mark sheet of all Semesters (for Seniority )
6. Residence Proof:- Aadhaar [Voter I.Card/Domicile Certificate
7. Person with Disability (PWD) Certificate (if applicable)
8. Income Certificate (Parents)
9. Sports Certificate —State/National Level
10. NCC – “A”, “B” or ‘C’ /NSS Annual Camp Certificate
11. Registration fee Rs.200/- cash to be deposited in provost Office
