JMI BA History Admission 2026
The office of the Controller of Examinations, Jamia Millia Islamia, invites applications for JMI BA History admission under JMI Regular Courses, Jamia Millia Islamia for session 2026-27.
Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) started a new course for Undergraduate (UG) students. i.e., BA History. To fill out the JMI BA History 2026 form you can watch the video or visit jmicoe.in
JMI initiated BA Historyprogram, a Regular Course. You can fill out the form on the JMI website jmicoe.in. The fee for the application form is Rs 1000, which is non-refundable.

There shall be one objective-type paper of 100 Marks with the following components:
It has two parts i.e., Part A and Part B which contains 2 sections
- Part A consists of 80 multiple-choice questions on Indian and world History.
- Each questions consist of 1 mark
- Part B – Consists of General Awareness and Current Affairs.

Additional Information
- Admission to the BA History program will be based on the candidate’s performance in the entrance exam. A merit list will be prepared, and candidates will be shortlisted for counselling and document verification.
- Hostel Accommodation will be provided to the outstation candidates on a limited basis. The hostel fee will be around Rs. 10,000 to 15,000 per annum.
- The university offers scholarships to meritorious students. Candidates can apply for scholarships during the admission process.
- A common entrance test of the BA History program will be conducted irrespective of the medium and subject opted by the candidate. The entrance test paper will be printed in three languages – English, Hindi, and Urdu.
