Introduction
Jamia BSc Biotechnology 2023 CUET cutoff. In this article, we will Learn about Jamia Millia Islamia’s BSc Biotechnology program with high placement chances and a rigorous curriculum, covering the 2023 cutoff, exam and question patterns, marking, and department placement. Ideal for aspiring biotechnologists.
Jamia BSc Biotechnology
Jamia’s BSc biotechnology 2023 cutoff was very high and it is one of the best courses of Jamia with high placement chances. Well, this 2024, 2023 Jamia BSc Biotechnology and the previous year (2022), this course is conducted through CUET but before that, Jamia took common examinations for BSc Bio Science and BSc Biotechnology. Now BSc Bio Science is not part of CUET, but BSc Biotechnology comes under CUET.
Since last year Jamia has participated in CUET and till now 15 Courses included in CUET.
Last year there was a massive race to get admission to JMI BSc biotechnology because the number of students who had applied for this course was high out of which 32 students got selected.
In 2023, Jamia has taken admission in BSc Biotechnology and they released 4 waiting lists along with selected list. We will discuss the cutoff and category in the later part on which Jamia took admission.
Question Pattern and Marking
You have to attempt 40 questions out of 50. For every right question you will get 5 marks and for every incorrect answer your 1 mark will be deducted. Last year’s cutoff was 199.

Well, you don’t need to be panic, you just need to fight for your 1 seat and will get a chance to become Jamian. You will interact with the beautiful environment of Jamia when you will reach there.
You just need to be more focused and revised things thoroughly and be conscious while marking your answers on your computer screen and now in 2024, Hybrid mode is also available. You can choose pen and paper as well as CBT (Computer Based Examination as per your need). We can predict the expected cutoff would be 200 as number of students who had applied for BSc biotechnology in JMI is much higher than any other Central University. On the other hand Category students get some relaxation.

Last year, Jamia Millia Islamia changed the pattern to get admission to Jamia BSc Biotechnology. As there were changing patterns seen in all over India and all the central universities. Every University is moving towards CUET, and they are participating in CUET which is conducted by NTA.
