Jamia BSc Chemistry CUET

Jamia’s BSc Chemistry 2024 cutoff was very high. Well, this 2024, 2023, and the previous year (2022) this course was conducted through CUET but before that, Jamia took separate examinations for BSc Chemistry. Now BSc Chemistry comes under CUET in Jamia.

Since last year (2022) Jamia has participated in CUET and till now 15 Courses included in CUET.
Last year there was a massive race to get admission to JMI BSc Chemistry because the number of students who had applied for this course was high out of which 54 students got selected.

In 2023, Jamia has taken admission in BSc Chemistry and they released 4 waiting lists along with selected list. We will discuss the cutoff and category in the later part on which Jamia took admission.

Question Pattern and Marking

You have to attempt 40 questions out of 50. For every right question you will get 5 marks and for every incorrect answer your 1 mark will be deducted. Last year’s cutoff was very low for J&K students i.e. only 44.

Marking of paper will be as follows

Well, you don’t need to be panic, you just need to fight for your 1 seat and will get a chance to become Jamian. You will interact with the beautiful environment of Jamia when you will reach there.

You just need to be more focused and revised things thoroughly and be conscious while marking your answers on your computer screen and now in 2024, Hybrid mode is also available. You can choose pen and paper as well as CBT (Computer Based Examination as per your need). We can predict the expected cutoff would be 100 as number of students who had applied for BSc Chemistry in JMI is much higher than any other Central University. On the other hand Category students get some relaxation.

We can predict the expected cutoff would be 190 for general student as the number of students who had applied for BSc Chemistry in JMI is much higher than before.
