JMI MBA Distance Admission 2026

On 24 July 2026, The office of the Controller of Examinations, Jamia Millia Islamia CDOE invites applications for admission to M.B.A. under Distance Learning, Jamia Millia Islamia for session 2026-27.

Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) started a new course for Postgraduate (PG) students. i.e.; MBA . It is introduced for the first time for the student of Jamia Millia Islamia in OL and ODL Mode . To fill out the JMI MBA Admission 2026 form you can watch the video or visit admission.jmicoe.in

Jamia started a new course Master of Business Administration. You can fill out the form on the JMI website admission.jmicoe.in. The fee for the application form is Rs 1500 which is non-refundable.

Admission Mode

Jamia has divided the MBA examination into two mode:

1. Open and Distance Learning
2. Online Learning

The eligibility criteria, test duration, number of seats, entrance test pattern, syllabus, and fee structure is as follows:

MBA ODL Admission

Eligibility Criteria for MBA ODL

• Graduation in any discipline (commerce, Science, Humanities, Arts) from any recognised board.
• The minimum Qualifying Marks to get admission to JMI MBA is 50%
• Note:- Relaxation of 5% will be given to SC/ST/ OBC (NCL)/PWD
• All the candidates must appear in test conducted by CDOE, JMI, New Delhi

The medium of instruction for the examination is English

Duration

The minimum duration for MBA course in Jamia Millia Islamia is 4 Semesters (2 Years) and the Maximum duration for MBA course is 8 Semesters.

Fee for Jamia MBA ODL

The total fee for this course is Rs 30000/- for every year.

Entrance Test of 2 hours (100 MCQ of 1 mark each) covering the following areas:

Syllabus of MBA Distance Learning

The syllabus of MBA is divided into 5 sections. Each section carry equal marks. There were a total of 100 questions for the MBA.

Specific Guidelines for MBA

•  Applicants are hereby advised to read the information given carefully and ensure their eligibility before submission of online admission application form.

• No Application Form will be accepted after the last date of its submission.

• Entrance Test will be held at Delhi only.

• Total number of Seats (intake): 300 (50 each at IIMT Rohtak, Haryana and Jhankar College of Education, Gurugram, Haryana).

• Reservation as per JMI reservation policy.

• The duration of the entrance Examination is 2 Hours.

• Number of Questions: 100 (Multiple Choice Questions)

• Max Marks: 100 (One mark for every correct answer)

• No Negative Marking

Note: Admission for foreign nationals residing in India and wards of NRI in MBA and B.Ed. programmes of CDOE through entrance test as applicable under over and above supernumerary category.

Admission for wards of permanent Jamia employees for admission in MBA and B.Ed. programmes of CDOE through entrance test as applicable under over and above supernumerary category as per the University’s rules.

MBA OL Admission

The following programmes admit candidates on the basis of their performance in the qualifying examination, subject to fulfillment of the prescribed minimum percentage of marks and successful performance in the interview conducted by CDOE, Jamia Millia Islamia.

Fee for Jamia MBA OL

The total fee for this course is Rs 35000/- for every year.
