AMU IG Hall Notice
Room allotment at IG Hall for First Year B.A., B.Sc. & B. Com. (2026-27)
The allotment of rooms in the IG Hall will be offered to the students admitted to the first-year B.A., B.Sc. & B.Com. (select list) on 29.07.2026.
The reporting by the applicants under all categories, including the Chance Memo, will be on 31.07.2026 and 01.08.2026 to complete the waiting list proforma.
Document Required for room Allotment in IG Hall
Room allotment procedure for students admitted through select list:
• Hostel accommodation is limited and cannot be guaranteed.
• Room allotment will be made on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
• Personal files will be issued from the Provost Office on 29.07.2026 at 09:30 a.m.
• Fee submission – 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
• Room allotment – 2:30 pm.
